Cancellation & Refund Policy

English by Swati offers limited refunds as classes are personalized and batch-based.

• Fees once paid are non-refundable after class commencement.
• In case of cancellation before the first class, a 90% refund will be issued within 7 working days.
• Demo class fees (if any) are non-refundable.
• In rare cases where classes are cancelled by the instructor, the full unused portion of the fee will be refunded.
